Holiday Party

Greetings JATC members!

The year may be winding down, but more festivities with the club are on the way! Mark your calendar for the JATC Holiday Luncheon and Festive Party being held on December 19, 2025, at the Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL.

Located along the St. John’s River in the San Jose area, this former Dupont mansion has hosted many esteemed guests throughout its long and storied history, including several former presidents and international dignitaries.  We’re honored to host our annual holiday luncheon on their spectacular premises once again.

Seating for the event is limited to 40 people and will be available on a “first come, first serve” basis. You are highly encouraged to sign up as soon as possible to reserve your seat. Note that your sign-up and payment will be handled separately, but you will be required to pay in advance and at your earliest convenience.  Please see the “event details” below to learn more about the price, sign-up details, and payment options.

The dress code is business-casual or holiday-festive attire. The names of those attending the event will be given to gate security on the day of the event for club entry and parking. You will find a menu for the event attached to this email as well.
